Pricing & Deposit rules

  • New clients: KSh 500 deposit required.
  • Appointments > KSh 3,000: 20% deposit required.
  • Group bookings (3+ people): 30% non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations/reschedules: Minimum 12 hours' notice for free change. Cancellations <12 hours: deposit forfeited. No-shows: deposit forfeited.
  • Late arrivals: >15 minutes may shorten or reschedule; deposit may be forfeited.

Estimate example: For a KSh 4,000 appointment, required deposit = KSh 800 (20%).

Opal Promise

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a corrective service. Product sales final.
