Appointments > KSh 3,000: 20% required.

Group bookings (3+ people): 30% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation & Reschedule

Minimum 12 hours notice for free cancellation/reschedule. Cancellations <12 hours: deposit forfeited. No-shows: deposit forfeited.

Late arrivals

Arrivals >15 minutes late may have service shortened or rescheduled; deposit may be forfeited.

Opal Promise

Opal Promise — Notify within 24 hours for corrective service rather than cash refunds. Product sales final.
